Sunsets and serenity at the beach

Woke up to gorgeous beach views, and the luxurious amenities made lounging by the pool a dream. Staff genuinely cared, making every moment special and relaxed.

Only downside was limited power plugs in the common areas, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient at times.

The room had great amenities, but the bathroom door was quite awkward.

The lobby is dark and difficult to navigate, especially at night!!! Reservation for dinner requires a trip to reception and advance payment, which feels a bit unnecessary!!! WiFi connection inconsistently weak and shower water lukewarm at times!!!

The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the sunset from the restaurant which created a relaxing atmosphere.

The room felt a bit outdated compared to the overall quality of the hotel.

The lagoon access room offered breathtaking views and exceptional comfort. Staff were genuinely attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Enjoyed the variety of freshly prepared dishes at dinner and the unbeatable happy hour deals. However, the beach access could be improved, as it felt quite busy at times, and some areas lacked shade throughout the day.

Would definitely recommend for a city break

Amazing breakfast, attentive staff, with a lovely room that featured a flat-screen TV and a fantastic infinity pool perfect for relaxation.

Everything was spot-on.

The resort offered a fantastic sunset view from our balcony, creating a serene atmosphere during dinner. We appreciated the complimentary mini bar and the effort to engage guests with activities like yoga and towel art. Plus, the kids really enjoyed the beach.

In my wife’s opinion, the kids wished there were more organized activities for them on-site. It would be great to have more family-friendly entertainment options.

Had an amazing time with friends! Enjoyed the beautiful beach and relaxing pool area. We also visited a local community that supports mothers and children living with HIV/AIDS which was heartwarming. Pro tip, the breakfast offering is fantastic, and make sure to check out the private beach area for a cleaner experience!

The only downside was that the water in the shower was lukewarm, which was a bit uncomfortable. But it wasn’t a major issue for our overall stay.

Oh, the breakfast spread! It was a feast fit for gods with everything from Indonesian to Western delights. The staff's hospitality was top-notch, always flashing smiles and ready to help. The ambiance around the pools was captivating. a perfect spot to unwind after a day of culinary exploration in Bali.

And that check-in process felt a bit off, like I was more of a logistical problem than a guest.
